A native and current resident of Northern Kentucky, Robin Victor Goetz began taking photography classes in 1983. Shortly after he entered the U.S. Navy and become a U.S. Navy official photographer aboard the USS John F. Kennedy CV-67 aircraft carrier.
In 1991 Robin graduated from the Ohio Institute of Photography and later that year was certified by the Professional Photographers of American (PPA). In 1993 he was awarded a Master of Photography degree and two years later his Photographic Craftsman degree.
Robin taught professional photography at the Antonelli Institute of Arts and Photographer and at the Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology. He conducts workshops and lectures nationally.
