Joseph Edison Kinsey, AIA and his wife Lillian live in northern Scott County, Kentucky on 40 acres. Joseph was born and raised near a small Midwestern town in southern Illinois.
After he graduated from a one-room country school, his family moved into the town of 5,000 where he attended high school. He earned a scholarship to the University of Illinois and complete a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
Joseph was registered to practice architecture in Kentucky and seven other states. After his retirement in 2003, Joseph returned to his love of drawing, and takes delight in recording structures in his world. He and Lillian have lived in Kentucky since the 1970s.
