The Kentucky Artisan Center is a state agency in the Tourism, Arts & Heritage Cabinet of the Commonwealth of Kentucky established to showcase and market Kentucky's artisan works. The 25,000 square foot Center, located just off I-75 in Berea, celebrates the state's rich arts heritage through sales, exhibits, demonstrations and events. The Kentucky Artisan Center welcomes Kentuckians and travelers to enjoy the vast array of creative works and discover the state's many attractions and destinations.

OPEN RECORDS REQUESTS
To receive records maintained by and in the custody of the Kentucky Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet (TAHC), Kentucky Artisan Center, please submit your request in writing, identifying the specific records sought. Please be sure to provide your name, address, and daytime telephone number in the event we need to contact you.
All requests for records must be signed by the requester.

TAHC has three (3) business days from the date of receipt to respond to an open records request. If the documents requested are not available for release within three (3) days, a response will be provided informing the requester of the approximate date on which the requested documents will be available for inspection.
