Harley Fannin is a native of Tamahawk, KY, in Martin County. He attended Spencerian College and graduated with a degree in computer aided drafting and design in 2008. Harley turned his attention to painting in 2009
Harley says that his artwork focuses on calling attention to the mundane, obscure, and often overlooked. He interprets these elements of life in order to offer alternative meanings.
