Diana Kilburn, a native of Kentucky, received her degree in education from Miami University in Ohio. She later completed a minor in Art at Memphis University. Diana continues her studies by attending workshops and through private instruction.
Diana taught art in the St. Louis public schools and has given workshops and classes. Her other professional experience has included painting murals for residences and businesses, operating an art gallery, and managing an interior design business.
Diana is a member of the Kentucky Watercolor Society, the Lexington Art League, the Cincinnati Art Club, and the Sheltowee Artisans. Her work is in private and corporate collections in the United States and Europe.
Diana’s hope is to “convey a sense of joy, both from scenes that inspire [her] and from the excitement of the painting process.”
