Jennifer A. Reis holds a BFA from Columbus College of Art, an MA in museum studies from Syracuse University, and an MA in studio art with an art education emphasis from Morehead State University. Jennifer is currently gallery director and instructor at Morehead State University, Morehead, KY.
As a teaching artist she conducts workshops and lectures on embellished textiles and professional practice for artists. She is a recipient of the prestigious Al Smith Fellowship from the Kentucky Arts Council, and her work has been featured in various publications. She has also curated many exhibitions. Jennifer has also served as Kentucky’s state representative for the Surface Design Association.
